Job summary

PropertyGuru Group is looking for an External Communications Specialist in Singapore. You will manage Singapore consumer communications and corporate communications for the Group, coordinating with a PR agency and internal teams to deliver stories and secure media coverage.

You will identify thought leadership opportunities, handle media inquiries, craft materials, and prepare spokespeople. The role requires strong writing, media nous, and ability to advise senior executives.

Qualifications

• Proven years of relevant communications experience, gained in-house, in an agency or both.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgement for clear, media-ready materials.
• Credibility when working with senior executives and delivering strategic counsel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver communications for consumer campaigns and product launches with the marketing team and PR agency.
• Identify thought leadership opportunities for PropertyGuru and its leaders.
• Manage media enquiries, draft materials, and coordinate spokesperson prep.
• Oversee agency delivery, briefs, content reviews, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate updates for the corporate website and newsroom; monitor media coverage.
• Support issues and crisis responses under the Head of External Communications.
