Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years paralegal experience with a law firm or commercial firm.
• Strong drafting and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and process a broad range of contracts.
• Prepare, review, and maintain standard form agreements and templates.
• Support the legal team, including preparation of reports.
• Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions.
• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments.
• Support regional implementation of new policies and regulations across jurisdictions.
