Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support the Legal Department of a multinational logistics company.

You will assist the Head of Legal and in-house counsel in contract lifecycle management, litigation support, and corporate regulatory compliance across international operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Legal Studies or related discipline.
• Working understanding of contracts and basic litigation documents.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in logistics, transportation or shipping industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Act as a legal contact for all countries and assist in drafting, negotiating, and processing contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide litigation and disputes support, and maintain global litigation reports.
• Support regional implementation of company policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain contract repositories; track renewal and expiry dates and key obligations.
• Prepare and maintain standard form agreements and legal templates.
