Job summary

Moleac Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead the Medical Affairs department’s clinical trial activities. You will drive study planning, site management, and cross-functional coordination with CROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant trials across indications for brain injury recovery therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in nursing, life science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, with at least 2 years as Project Manager.
• Proven track record in clinical project management, including vendor management.
• Strong budget management and negotiations with vendors/site contractors.
• Thorough understanding of FDA, ICH and GCP guidelines; excellent communication skills.

• Deliver clinical trials on time, within budget, with high quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits/inspections effectively.
• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical operations team.
• Oversee study planning, site management, and vendor selection.
• Maintain data integrity and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Manage study budgets, forecasting, and payments to sites/vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including CROs, vendors, and internal staff.
• Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Serve as primary operations contact with sponsors and regulatory authorities.
