Job summary

Based in Singapore or suitable region, you will guide clinical programs, medical affairs, and regulatory activities across multiple regions with a focus on rigor and patient impact.

Qualifications

• MD with 10+ years in clinical development or medical affairs.
• Proven track record in leading clinical programs and medical teams.
• Experience with regulatory submissions across multiple regions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and oversight of clinical trials and observational studies.
• Develop regional clinical strategies aligned with regulatory standards.
• Supervise medical advisors and clinical operations teams.
• Oversee study budgets, timelines, and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Direct Medical Affairs activities, education, and KOL engagement.
• Coordinate publication planning and collaboration with researchers.
• Support regulatory submissions and responses to health authorities.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and societies to promote guidelines inclusion.
• Contribute to company strategy and cross-functional collaboration.
