Job summary

Sumsub is the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. We guide clients through onboarding journeys, coordinating cross-functional teams and educating client staff on Sumsub products.

This role focuses on enterprise-level onboarding and ensuring a smooth start to the partnership. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented with 2–3 years in project management, ideally in client-facing settings, and fluent in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience in client-facing or implementation-focused environments.
• Experience with KYC/AML or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding projects and guide clients through implementation journeys.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Drive adoption of Sumsub products by educating client internal teams.
• Establish clear project plans and communication workflows for onboarding transparency.
