citicclsa is seeking an experienced KYC and Client Onboarding professional to manage end-to-end onboarding for APAC clients from Singapore. The role involves collaborating with Front Office, Compliance, AML, Operations, FATCA and other stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding while meeting business and client expectations.

The successful candidate will conduct KYC reviews, verify client identities, and review documentation, with Mandarin proficiency benefiting liaison with Chinese stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 4-8 years of relevant KYC and Client Onboarding experience; more years considered for Associate Director (8-15 years).
• Mandarin reading/writing/speaking skills a plus due to liaison with Chinese stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and constitutional documents.
• Working knowledge of periodic reviews for equity products.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Knowledge of AML regulations, HK SFC and SG MAS requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding for APAC clients.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, AML, Operations, FATCA and stakeholders to onboard timely while meeting expectations.
• Gather, review and validate constitutional documents with clients and internal teams; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Chinese stakeholders.
• Conduct KYC andCDD reviews to assess client risk profiles including reputational, regulatory and operational risks.
• Perform client identification, verification and screening using external databases, ensuring AML compliance.
• Independently review KYC due diligence performed by Makers for accuracy and policy compliance.
