ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Client Migration Specialist to coordinate client migrations for a leading financial institution. This role focuses on onboarding, stakeholder communication, documentation validation, and ensuring a smooth transition to new banking platforms.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage milestones, resolve inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Client Operations.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Experience in client onboarding, account servicing, or banking operations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the migration process.
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely completion of migration milestones.
Validate client documentation, account information, and onboarding requirements.
Track migration progress and provide regular status updates.
Resolve client queries and escalated issues when required.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.
