Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity across cloud, IT, and OT in a complex global environment. You will define security strategy and ensure execution of core capabilities with measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the SVP and working with executive leadership, you will drive risk-based prioritization, mature the security program from reactive to proactive, and build a high-accountability security

Qualifications

• Executive-level global leadership in cybersecurity within large, global enterprises.
• Experience in OT / Manufacturing / Industrial environments.
• Cybersecurity architecture, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Building, developing, and retaining high-performing global security teams.
• Ability to drive risk-based prioritization frameworks and zero-trust in hybrid environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Security Risk Posture and Outcomes across enterprise IT, cloud, and OT.
• Drive execution with clear ownership and prioritized actions across distributed teams.
• Establish a risk-based security operating model and appetite framework with leadership.
• Mature the security program from reactive to proactive across protection, detection, response, and recovery.
• Build and lead a high-accountability security organization across functions.
• Communicate risk posture and progress clearly to Executive Leadership and the Board.
