Job summary

TALENOMICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on finance leader to strengthen finance operations, governance and IPO readiness across Singapore and China.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive finance leadership, including at least 5 years as CFO/Finance Controller.
• Experience managing full-spectrum finance operations in a growth-oriented, international business.
• Proven IPO experience with knowledge of financial reporting, governance and internal controls.
• Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with China-based staff, regulators and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive IPO readiness and execution, including financial due diligence, regulatory disclosures, prospectus preparation and coordination with external advisers.
• Support fundraising activities, investor relations and communications with the investment community.
• Strengthen financial governance, policies and controls to support international growth and public market requirements.
• Lead and develop finance teams in Singapore and China, ensuring consistent reporting and effective collaboration.
• Oversee China statutory, tax and regulatory compliance in partnership with local finance staff and external advisers.
• Advise senior management and the Board on financial performance, business risks and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, legal advisers and other external stakeholders.
