Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior leader to define and execute a global card program strategy, delivering virtual and physical cards across multiple markets, and coordinating with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, and wallet providers. You will drive certification, tokenization, and go-live readiness for wallets, while overseeing supply chain and vendor ecosystems.

You will also shape GTM strategies with Product, Growth and regional teams, optimize adoption and transaction volume, and negotiate

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech.
Proven experience launching and operating global card programs.
Hands-on experience delivering 0-to-1 Apple Pay and/or Google Pay integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global card business roadmap, including virtual and physical cards and wallet integrations.
Lead end-to-end launches and scaling of card programs across markets with internal teams and partners.
Own relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, card manufacturers, and ecosystem partners.
Lead integration and launch of digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) and drive certification, testing, tokenization, go-live readiness.
Manage physical card supply chain and vendor ecosystem (manufacturers, fulfillment, logistics).
Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing with payment partners, card vendors and financial institutions.
