Job summary

Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the APAC & EMEA Card Payments team. You will shape the strategy, scale engineering efforts, and guide a high-performing group of engineers across regions.

You will hire, mentor, and develop talent, while driving architecture decisions, reliability, and user-focused product delivery for Stripe's card payments network globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 7+ years in a Software Engineering role.
• Ability to define and drive complex initiatives/projects.
• Experience hiring top talent and building diverse teams.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stripe's APAC & EMEA card payments strategy.
• Develop and coach engineers on the team.
• Drive reliability, productivity and simplicity of systems.
• Manage processes and interface with Stripe-wide initiatives.
• Recruit great engineers in collaboration with the recruiting team.
