Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in production capacity planning, forecasting or scheduling.
• Experience in semiconductor OSAT environments is a plus.
• Strong subcontractor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Secure OSAT capacity and commitments to meet demand and continuity.
• Drive KPI performance across OSAT partners for delivery targets.
• Coordinate OSAT investment planning and capacity strategies.
• Develop mid- to long-term forecasting plans and allocations.
• Align NPI, make-or-buy decisions with PUR, BE OPC, divisions.
• Cascade planning requirements and manage stakeholder communications.
• Monitor material liabilities and inventory exposure at subcontractors.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain improvement initiatives.
