Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore is seeking a Staff Specialist, Operations Planning & Controlling to manage OSAT capacity, demand-supply planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to forecast, allocate capacity, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement across planning processes and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor industry is highly preferred, especially in Assembly & Test or OSAT environments.

Responsibilities

• Secure OSAT capacity and commitments to support demand fulfillment and production.
• Develop mid- to long-term forecasting plans including demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Drive demand-supply balancing with internal and external partners for optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor capacity utilization and mitigate supply risks with proactive solutions.
• Lead automation and digitalization projects to improve planning efficiency and data visibility.
• Develop and maintain digital tools, automated dashboards, and data-driven planning solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and OSATs to drive continuous improvements.
• Support analytics-driven process improvements and best practices in manufacturing and supply chain planning.
