Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Business Manager to support growth across Europe, Asia and Greater China. The role focuses on planning, governance and coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to execute regional initiatives.

You will partner with client-group leaders, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business priorities, monitor performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a global organization, partnering effectively with cross-regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the annual business planning process within the client group.
• Works closely with Sales and Client Relations, Product, BM and Operations, Marketing to build and validate plans.
• Socializes and refines plans with the leadership team.
• Tracks plans during the year and provides ad hoc updates to committees.
• Collaborates with Europe Asia Client Group leadership on regional reviews and initiatives.
• Partners with sales to improve go-to-market capabilities and resolve issues.
