Capital Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Manager to lead planning, operations and strategic initiatives across Europe and Asia. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enable growth and governance across multiple functions.

The Business Management (BM) function within the Client Group is designed to help the global and local client group leadership achieve that goal by working on a wide variety of initiatives to support growth. The BM role works closely with Heads of Client Groups, Sales Leadership and the broader Salesforce, Product & Marketing leadership across geographies, with a focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China. Responsibilities include business case creation, presentation development, business planning, dealing with client-related issues and working with multiple functions at Capital to ensure the effective execution of the business plan. The BM role will be given a lot of responsibility and work on a constant flow of high-priority activities.

Proven experience working within a global organization, partnering effectively with cross-regional stakeholders and teams across different geographies, cultures, and time zones. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, assess competing priorities, and develop practical, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment. Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and achieve outcomes without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to identifying issues, evaluating options, and recommending solutions. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results within established timelines. Strong executive presence and confidence in leading discussions, facilitating decision-making, and presenting to senior stakeholders. High level of attention to detail while maintaining the ability to think strategically and understand broader business implications. Demonstrated learning agility, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with approximately 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
