Avaloq Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of BPaaS/SaaS solutions for major banking clients. You will coordinate architects, consultants, infrastructure, and regional teams across borders, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record managing large-scale financial software projects, strong communication and negotiation skills, and PMP certification. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as overall project leader in large projects, preferably banking software implementations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Project Management qualification from a leading accreditor.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the banking business and bank-related processes.
• Negotiation skills and proven experience up to steering committee level.
• Leadership experience involving interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
• Experience in international change the bank’s platform projects would be advantageous.
• Persistent, assertive, resilient; maintains an overview and can set priorities.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Overall planning, execution and leadership of change the bank projects for Avaloq’s customers — major global banks.
• Prepare project budgets and commercial offers with Solution Architect/Consultants and Key Account Managers.
• Achieve defined project objectives (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, staffing) and post-project reviews.
• Coach customer project managers and teams to leverage best practices and Avaloq’s Banking Reference.
• Lead projects while supporting pre-sales offers to prospects.
• Ensure deliverables are timely and of high quality.
