ANTAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Avaloq core banking implementations in Singapore.

You will drive initiation, planning, execution, go-live and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and assuring quality throughout delivery. You will establish governance, milestones and budgets, manage stakeholders across business and technology, and report progress to senior leadership, including the C-suite.

Formación

• Senior Project Manager with large-scale core banking implementations; Avaloq experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and wealth management.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, business or engineering.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; Agile familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Office tools.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Avaloq core banking implementation and transformation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and closure.
• Establish project governance frameworks, define milestones, monitor delivery progress, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technical teams, external clients, regional leadership, and Steering Committees.
• Oversee project budgets, Estimate to Complete (ETC), resource allocation, and commercial planning in collaboration with Solution Architects and Key Account Managers.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution across workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional, multicultural business and technical teams to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery.
• Guide client project teams in adopting standard banking processes aligned with Avaloq reference banking models.
• Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, delivery updates, and executive-level reporting to senior management and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Leader delivering large-scale, complex core banking or standard software implementation projects; Avaloq implementation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking processes, and front-to-back wealth management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred; familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project for project scheduling and resource planning, Jira and Confluence for workflow tracking, and SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently in high-stakes executive discussions.
