WIN SOURCE is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative in Singapore to develop international customers and execute sales activities beyond simple product sales.

You will learn to identify prospects, establish contact, facilitate RFQs, and support orders while collaborating with global teams. No prior electronic components experience is required, as we value communication, execution, and growth potential.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer development or business development preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in international B2B sales or electronic component supply chains.

Responsabilidades

• Search for and identify potential customer leads through various channels.
• Build initial contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Follow up customer needs and support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress.
• Maintain customer information, follow-up records, quotation records and CRM data.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to support customer requests.
• Continue engaging prospects and existing leads to move conversations forward.
• Learn about electronic components and basic supply chain processes.
• Support Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with customer development tasks.
