Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in aviation operations, airline operations, airport operations, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain coordination, travel operations, customer operations, dispatching, or other fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience managing high volumes of phone calls and emails while balancing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess urgency and prioritize work based on operational impact and customer commitments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer requests via phone and email from aviation clients worldwide.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, responsive, and solution-oriented communication.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and operational issues.
• Deliver a consistently high level of service in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Assess and prioritize requests based on urgency, impact, risk, and commitments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Billing, Supply, Logistics, and Fuel Operations to ensure timely execution.
• Support resolution of disruptions and exceptions following established procedures.
• Monitor fuel availability, risks, and service impacts and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across multiple countries, suppliers, and vendors for seamless service.
