Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services change or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale AI/GenAI programs in regulated global environments.
• Director-level leadership with cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional influence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic global AI platform implementations and end-to-end deployment strategy.
• Redesign global operating models to AI-first workflows with GenAI-enabled services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI/ML, data science, product, risk and biz execution.
• Ensure agile delivery, on-time milestones, and board-level AI program governance.
• Partner with risk, compliance and legal to manage AI risk and regulatory readiness.
• Build global AI execution capability and mentor Singapore-based talent.
