Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Mandarin fluency.
• Proven experience in media outreach, press materials, interview coordination, and crisis comms.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day international PR execution including media outreach, interviews, announcements, Q&As, briefing materials, and executive talking points.
• Serve as the key internal contact for external PR agencies, owning timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with leadership, legal, finance, marketing, and other teams on external communications.
• Support crisis and other sensitive communications as the first line of coordination.
• Develop customer stories and compelling narratives around Patsnap's AI products and innovation.
• Maintain media relationships, trackers, coverage reports, and communication workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, media research, interview preparation, sentiment analysis, and GEO-related analysis.
