Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) invites compassionate individuals to join as Care Associates at our Senior Day Care Centres. You will provide essential daily living support, monitor health, and engage seniors in meaningful activities to promote health and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels required.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or relevant healthcare certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including feeding, showering, toileting, mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs in the clinical system.
• Provide medication assistance to clients as needed.
• Prepare meals for clients based on diet plan from the Registered Nurse.
• Plan and conduct activities for all clients, including those with dementia.
• Escort clients between Centre and other destinations as required.
• Respond to medical and non-medical emergencies and assist clinicians in delivering care.
• Perform ROM exercises and mobility training.
