Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a geotechnical engineer to understand project design schemes and perform geotechnical analyses using Plaxis 2D/3D, as well as plan ground investigations and communicate results through drawings and reports. The role requires familiarity with local codes and authority submissions.

Candidates should have a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore and be able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Geotechnical engineering knowledge and analytical design skills.
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations and Eurocodes.
• Proficiency in geotechnical design software (Plaxis) and related tools.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil/geotechnical works.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand the engineering design scheme for assigned projects.
• Carry out geotechnical analyses/design using Plaxis 2D/3D and analytical methods.
• Plan ground investigations and derive design parameters from results.
• Prepare drawings and reports and coordinate with clients, contractors and engineers.
