Job summary

ASIA TUNNELLING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a project lead to oversee geotechnical and blasting activities on site. You will coordinate tasks, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to set standards and guidelines.

You will develop project management programs, monitor budgets and schedules, and manage risks and resources to deliver projects safely and on time. Collaboration with contractors, consultants and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical and blasting tasks, duties and responsibilities in site work.
• Develop and implement project management programs and detailed requirements per project.
• Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Attend project and site meetings.
• Provide close supervision in geotechnical and blasting works.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, drawings and work programmes as required.
• Prepare and manage project expenditure, schedules and budgets.
• Manage all aspects of a project including planning, communication, risk assessment and resources.
• Train and develop team members in geotechnical and blasting for the project.
• Contribute to company development, prepare action plans, resolve problems and drive improvements.
• Manage project duties and lead project operations and procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships with main contractors, consultants, team and staff.
