Job summary

BeathChapman Singapore is assisting an established supply chain software company in selecting an AI Engineering Lead (GenAI & Supply Chain Platforms). You will take ownership of the Generative AI capability, moving it from prototype to production, and modernising parts of the application estate.

You will build and lead an internal AI engineering function, collaborating with product, business and cloud teams while guiding DevOps and security practices across the platform. Reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software, platform or AI engineering.
• Experience taking Generative AI/LLM-based systems into production.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings and MLOps.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the GenAI capability from PoC to production-grade platform.
• Lead LLM-based solution design across RAG and enterprise integrations.
• Set technical direction for AI integration across the software estate.
• Guide legacy systems modernization alongside cloud-native AI components.
• Mentor DevOps and infrastructure teams, building internal AI capability.
