Job summary

SAP is seeking a GenAI Engineer Intern to join the GenAI CoE in Singapore. You will collaborate with a global team of AI engineers, scientists and PMs to deploy AI solutions, build AI services, and advance an LLM Platform-as-a-Service.

The role emphasizes learning, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration within a stimulating tech environment. You will work with Python, LangChain, and modern AI stacks, contribute to production systems, and gain exposure to CAP-based platform work and cloud

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Must commit to a full-time internship for at least three months.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers, product owners, and domain experts.
• Assist development and deployment of AI solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Co-develop LLM Platform-as-a-Service with product engineering teams.
• Develop scalable, reusable services for Generative AI-powered applications.
• Maintain production system for high availability and performance.
• Experiment with large language model deployments.
• Contribute to platform app development using CAP or Python FastAPI.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges.
• Explore prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
