Job summary

SAP is seeking a Generative AI Engineer Intern to join the GenAI Center of Excellence in Singapore. You will work alongside AI scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and deploy AI solutions that enhance business efficiency, within a global, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/DS/Math or related field.
Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least three months.
Proficient in Python and at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Generative AI tech stacks (e.g., agent frameworks, RAG).
Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers, product owners, and domain experts.
Assist development and deployment of AI solutions to improve business efficiency.
Co-develop LLM Platform-as-a-Service with product engineering teams.
Develop scalable, reusable services for GenAI-powered applications.
Maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Experiment with different LLM deployments (e.g., vLLM, LiteLLM).
Contribute to platform app development using CAP or Python FastAPI.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand internal processes.
Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic workflows.
Stay updated with ML/GenAI advancements and assess applicability.
