Job summary

51 employment agency pte. ltd. seeks an experienced senior operations leader to oversee restaurant operations and drive the company’s aggressive expansion plans.

You will guide the management team, ensure top-quality dining experiences, and align with the company’s mission and values across all venues. The role requires strategic reporting, KPI setting, and collaboration with the CEO to execute growth initiatives, including new dining concepts and partnerships, with weekend and public-holiday

Responsibilities

• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
• Identify and evaluate strategic business for growth and expansion via JV / M&A / partnerships
• Motivate and lead a high performance management team to achieve sales, profitability and business objectives
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organisation that mirrors the mission and core values
• Assist in implementing strategies for operational management and development within budgets and timelines
• Work closely with the Group CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans
• Set KPIs and strategize on expansion and operational improvement plans
• Assist in evolving current brand or develop new dining concepts to stay relevant
• Groom and build a team of motivated F&B professionals for aggressive expansion
• Oversee and ensure smooth running of all restaurant operations
• Define processes and monitoring systems to ensure high quality food and service
• Responsible for measurement and effectiveness of processes internally and externally
• Prior experience in restaurant openings or menu development in China
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
