Job summary

KOK TONG MOTORS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to own the company’s P&L, drive business planning and financial performance, and achieve strategic objectives.

You will lead sales and business development, while building strong relationships with key customers and overseas partners. The role also oversees after-sales and operations to ensure service quality, efficiency, and profitability, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 10 years of relevant automotive or operations experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicles systems and automotive operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Lead sales and business development activities to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets, while developing key customer and strategic relationships
• Oversee the after-sales and operational functions to ensure service quality, operational efficiency and profitability
• Act as the key liaison with the overseas business partners and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other strategic stakeholders to support business and operational objectives
• Ensure high standards of workplace safety and health, regulatory compliance and operational risk management
• Undertake other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
