Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional teams across purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics and administration, implement improved procedures, prepare reports and drive cost control while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and responsibleOperations Managerto oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day business operations. The company is principally engaged in the wholesale trade of a variety of goods without a dominant product, with the manufacture of other food products as its secondary business activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure efficient business processes.
• Plan, implement and improve operational procedures and internal workflows.
• Coordinate wholesale trading activities, including purchasing, sales orders, suppliers, inventory and deliveries.
• Oversee and coordinate food manufacturing-related operations where required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics providers and other business partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing requirements, operating costs and business performance.
• Coordinate between sales, administration, warehouse, production and logistics functions.
• Supervise employees, allocate duties and monitor operational performance.
• Support management in developing new customers, suppliers and business opportunities.
• Assist with quotations, contracts, commercial negotiations and customer account management.
• Prepare operational, sales and management reports.
• Identify operational problems and implement appropriate solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure business operations comply with applicable Singapore regulations, workplace requirements and company policies.
• Perform other management duties reasonably required for the company’s operations.

Job Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification preferred.
