Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff to optimize team performance and achieve operational goals across the company or division
• Oversee budget planning and execution to meet financial targets and allocate resources effectively
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance market presence
• Report operational progress and challenges to senior management to support informed decision-making
• Supervise lower-level managers to ensure their activities align with company goals and operational standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms with employees and guests to foster a service-oriented environment
• Actively listen to and clarify concerns from employees and guests to resolve issues promptly and maintain satisfaction
• Prioritize and multitask departmental functions to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems proactively to minimize disruptions and improve processes
• Analyze complex information and data from various sources to support strategic objectives and operational improvements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in all business dealings
