Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Diploma/Degree in any field with relevant experience
Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance (Diploma in Insurance is a plus)
Entry level candidates may be considered for training

Responsibilities

Service clients’ general insurance needs.
Provide advice and quotations, negotiate with insurers for best rates and terms, close sales, and follow up on premium payments.
Place the coverage with insurers and process all necessary documents.
Review and negotiate renewal terms and follow up before expiry.
Ensure proper documentation of policies and correspondence.
