Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a General Counsel, AI-First Legal Delivery to own legal work across Puffy, RGG, and related entities. You will operate within approved mandates, report to the CEO, and combine hands-on AI-led drafting with coordination with outside counsel.

This full-time, remote role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, rapid turnaround, and cross-border coordination while maintaining strict confidentiality and high judgment standards.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor or equivalent and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Typically 5–10 years of relevant legal experience without an internal team.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial drafting, proactive risk identification, cross-border coordination, and managing relationships with outside counsel.
• Hands-on experience using AI for legal work with demonstrable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own legal work across Puffy and related entities, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated before commitments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, retail, and affiliate agreements; support due diligence and disputes with outside counsel.
• Deliver monthly Legal Exposure Audits and quarterly compliance sweeps with evidence-backed actions.
• Coordinate cross-border matters and personal/CEO-related legal work with appropriate specialists.
• Use AI as primary production method for legal work while maintaining judgment and confidentiality.
