Job summary

D L Resources is seeking an experienced System Analyst with GenAI expertise to design and deliver enterprise GenAI solutions for global markets banking technology. This techno-functional role bridges business users, technology teams and architecture, focusing on requirements workshops, solution design and GenAI/LLM implementations.

You will analyse business needs, translate them into technical designs and support end-to-end delivery, including integration with enterprise systems and AI agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Systems Analysis or related technology roles.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services tech environments is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of banking processes and enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Conduct user requirements workshops with business users, technology teams and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system requirements and solution designs.
• Support GenAI/LLM solution design and end-to-end delivery in enterprise banking environments.
