Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a tech-functional professional to design GenAI-enabled financial system solutions, translating complex business needs into scalable architectures.

You will evaluate LLMs, collaborate with multiple teams, and lead requirements workshops to deliver core banking enhancements leveraging Agentic AI patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial industry with system analysis or core banking in GenAI space.
• Experience with Agentic AI solutions and understanding of Agent Pattern, Model Context Protocol.
• Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience evaluating/integrating LLMs (LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini) into business processes.
• OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and workflows to build GenAI capabilities are a plus.
• Design and implement scalable GenAI architectures with necessary tools.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solver who can interrogate proposed solutions against business drivers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
• Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, technical strategical and tactical solutions, process changes and functional requirements.
• Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, supports, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stakeholders.

Skills/Requirement

Education

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution or Banking Technology

Essential

• Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in system analysis or in core banking business within GenAI space
• Previous experience on Agentic AI solution, GenAI and well equip to understand Agent Pattern, type and Model Context Protocol
• Candidate must have fundamental understanding of Understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs such as LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., into business processes
• Other good to have skill sets OpenShift, RAG, Agentic AI and necessary workflows required to build Gen AI capability
• Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures and solution using necessary tools
