Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior GenAI leader to define and drive the strategy for Quality Engineering and Testing transformations in Singapore. You will identify AI opportunities across the software testing lifecycle to boost quality, speed, and outcomes.

You will partner with Fortune 500 clients to develop AI-enabled roadmaps, lead adoption of autonomous testing, and guide delivery teams in integrating GenAI tools and frameworks into testing processes and operating models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Quality Assurance.
At least 5 years of experience leading AI, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs and enterprise transformation projects.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience, preferably with Fortune 500 organizations.
Hands‑on knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Foundry, or similar GenAI platforms.
Strong understanding of modern testing practices, test automation, DevOps, Agile, and Quality Engineering frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and business consulting skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of innovative technologies across organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the GenAI strategy for Quality Engineering and Testing transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI across the software testing lifecycle to improve quality, productivity, speed, and business outcomes.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to develop AI-enabled testing roadmaps, transformation plans, and business cases.
Lead the adoption of AI-powered test engineering solutions, autonomous testing capabilities, and intelligent quality platforms.
Advise delivery teams on integrating GenAI tools and frameworks into testing processes and operating models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI-driven testing solutions.
Track transformation outcomes, establish success metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on emerging AI and testing trends.
