Job summary

THE GREAT EASTERN LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED is seeking engineers to design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with data scientists and business teams to integrate AI capabilities across workflows on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML experience with generative AI, and a track record in deploying AI-powered applications in production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with focus on generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
• Strong experience in full-stack or backend development and deploying AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions including chatbots and content generators.
• Build and deploy end-to-end AI applications with frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and manage model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model monitoring (MLflow).
