Job summary

RGE is hiring an AI Implementation Engineer to design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions across business units. This engineering role involves writing production-grade code, building pipelines, and delivering reliable AI-powered workflows that integrate with corporate systems.

You will work across GenAI applications for HR, Finance, Legal, and operations, implementing end-to-end pipelines, embedding robust extraction, and ensuring reliability in a business environment.

Qualifications

• Python — writes production-quality code with modules, tests, and environment management.
• LLM fundamentals — tokenisation, contexts, tool calls, and model behavior.
• API integration — calling LLM APIs programmatically and handling outputs.
• Prompt engineering depth — few-shot, chain-of-thought, output constraints.
• RAG basics — chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval.
• Data handling — parsing JSON/CSV, pandas, clean inputs.
• Version control — Git with meaningful commits.
• Debugging discipline — trace failures and validate components.

Responsibilities

• Build custom GenAI pipelines using LLM APIs and tool use.
• Create intelligent document processing solutions with structured extraction.
• Integrate AI outputs with business systems (Workday, SharePoint).
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, reliability, and impact.
