Job summary

Google Inc. in Singapore seeks a Manager of GenAI Forward Deployed Engineering to bridge frontier AI products and production‑grade solutions with partner environments. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic workflows directly with customers, embedding with strategic partners to deliver scalable, enterprise‑grade GenAI deployments.

This high‑agency role collaborates across DeepMind/Vertex AI teams to translate field insights into Google Cloud product roadmaps and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of cloud computing or technical customer-facing work.
• 2 years of managing a software/forward-deployed engineering team in cloud.
• Experience developing GenAI solutions and RAG systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Cloud partner FDE team to scale prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify patterns and request features for Engineering teams.
• Co-build with partner FDE teams to ensure long-term project success.
• Help partners develop their own agentic delivery capabilities for ROI.
