Job summary

Google is hiring a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineer in Singapore. You will embed with customers to deploy production-grade AI solutions, bridging frontier AI with real-world systems and data readiness challenges.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship bespoke agentic workflows, ensuring security, latency, and ROI while engaging regional clients in fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of software development experience in Python or related languages.
• Experience shipping production-grade AI solutions from idea to customer deployment.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building data pipelines with vector DBs and RAG-style architectures.
• Fluent English communication with regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications and move prototypes to production-ready workflows.
• Connect Google AI products with customers' live infrastructure via APIs.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify patterns in the AI stack and propose reusable modules.
• Co-build with customer teams and translate concepts to Mandarin-speaking audiences.
