Job summary

Central Provident Fund Board in Singapore seeks a GenAI Engineering Intern to join the AI Enablement Office. You will design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions that address real business needs and empower officers to create value with AI.

During the internship from January 2027 to May 2027, you’ll collaborate with AI Product Managers, business users, and IT teams, build prototypes, and help scale AI capabilities while learning through formal and on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in learning and experimenting with AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into solutions.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and improve based on feedback.
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Research, experiment with, and evaluate AI toolspaces and platforms for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to define use cases and design AI-enabled solutions.
• Build prototypes to validate viability and gather user feedback.
• Work with the AI Performance Team to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Partner with AI Product Managers to refine requirements and enhance AI products.
• Develop content and conduct or support workshops to help officers adopt AI tools.
• Support additional initiatives as assigned by the team.
