Job summary

BOC Aviation seeks a Senior IT Enablement professional to lead the AI enablement strategy and coordinate across product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in digital transformation/AI enablement, with strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities. Responsibilities include designing training, setting KPIs, and driving adoption of responsible GenAI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritise opportunities, and define success metrics.
• Design and deliver enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage.
• Establish AI governance and guardrails with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions.
