Job summary

UST Global (Singapore) PTE. LIMITED is hiring a Junior AI Engineer to build next-generation AI solutions for investment and wealth management. You will work with senior architects to develop AI-powered applications, copilots, and agent-based systems, focusing on data preparation, API development, and integration tasks.

The role emphasizes learning, experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven workflows in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Data Science/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience (internships or academic projects included).
• Strong Python programming fundamentals.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLMs and Prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud and database fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and support AI applications, copilots, and agent-based solutions.
• Create prompts, workflows, and AI agent configurations.
• Develop and test APIs, integrations, and backend components.
• Prepare, validate, and manage data for AI use cases.
• Support model evaluation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Create technical documentation and solution artifacts.
• Participate in client demos, PoCs, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, architects, and domain experts.
• Learn investment and wealth management processes and business workflows.

Strong Python programming fundamentals
