Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI transformation for the CBG digibot portfolio within Group Operations. You will oversee a broad portfolio, align AI initiatives with business objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value on time and within budget.

The role requires deep expertise in AI methodologies, agile project management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related quantitative field.
10–12 years of project/program management experience with AI/ML projects.
Proven track record managing large budgets and multi-year portfolios (> $5M).
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and agile delivery frameworks.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and agentic AI transformations for CBG digibot.
Establish AI governance frameworks and robust delivery processes across projects.
Engage stakeholders and senior management with clear progress and risk reporting.
Mentor delivery managers and technical specialists to raise performance.
Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure continuity of programs.
Monitor industry AI advancements to drive business value.
