Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in program and portfolio management.
• Proven track record deploying automation and AI initiatives in retail banking.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate needs into Digibot initiatives.
• Experience managing large budgets (> $10M) and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the strategic roadmap for the Digibot book of work across SG, HK, TW, IN and ID.
• Establish robust portfolio governance, intake and prioritization processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align objectives and translate them into Digibot capabilities.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting and reporting for the Digibot portfolio.
• Lead delivery teams and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Evaluate vendor solutions to augment Digibot capabilities and drive innovation.
• Drive change management and adoption to maximize customer impact and operational workflows.
