Job summary

You will lead multiple delivery teams, manage budgets over $10M, engage with senior stakeholders, and advance conversational AI initiatives like Digibot and Voicebots to transform customer service and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in automation, AI, or intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the overall strategic vision and roadmap for the Digibot portfolio across SG, HK, TW, IN, ID.
• Establish and enforce portfolio governance frameworks and prioritization mechanisms.
• Engage senior stakeholders to translate needs into Digibot initiatives and capabilities.
• Manage the overall budget for the Digibot book of work, including forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment and mitigation across the Digibot portfolio.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams, program managers, and product owners.
• Engage technology vendors to augment Digibot capabilities and drive innovation.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to maximize impact on customer experience.
