Job summary

Munich Reinsurance is seeking an intern for its Data, Analytics and AI function (DAA) in Singapore. You will support AI adoption across regions by designing prototypes, translating stakeholder needs into AI solutions, and applying generative AI with Microsoft Copilot.

You will collaborate with underwriters, claims assessors, and support teams, learn cutting-edge AI concepts, and help coordinate training and knowledge-sharing programs during a 3–6 month internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Basic knowledge in Python, data analytics and AI concepts.
• Strong interest in AI and Gen AI, and the practical application of AI in business.
• Good analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders in different units.
• Curious and willing to learn and experiment with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior AI Specialist in designing and developing prototypes for AI solutions.
• Work closely with business owners, including underwriters, claims assessors, and support teams, to understand their needs and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Apply technologies such as large language models to build customized generative AI solutions using Microsoft tools, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Support the coordination of training sessions and AI community programs to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
