Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company GenAI Lab invites a curious, non-technical intern to explore Generative AI tools and help translate insights into practical awareness across our organization in Singapore. The role blends technology, communication and engagement to drive broader adoption.

You will work hands-on with GenAI tools, support events and create internal content, while collaborating with teams to develop engaging initiatives over a six-month period.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, communications, marketing, technology or related field.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Comfortable experimenting with GenAI and Agentic tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, Make).
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, self-directed and able to handle open-ended work; 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Explore and test emerging GenAI tools, features, and workflows.
• Stay current with GenAI developments and trends.
• Evaluate practical usefulness from an employee perspective.
• Share insights and recommendations with the wider team.
• Create internal content such as short posts, use cases, guides, and presentations.
• Support internal communications related to GenAI initiatives.
• Maintain internal knowledge hubs and resources.
• Support planning and delivery of GenAI events, workshops and sharing sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve participation and engagement across employees.
