Job summary

HeyGen is seeking a Singapore-based AI Video Quality Evaluation Intern to help ensure the highest standards for our generative video products. You will work on evaluating AI-generated videos, testing new features, and reporting findings to product and engineering teams.

This full-time on-site internship offers hands-on exposure to product development, experiments, and release processes, with collaboration across product managers, engineers, and AI researchers.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail in evaluating AI-generated videos.
• Strong written and spoken English skills for clear reporting.
• Ability to communicate with product and engi­neering teams across disciplines.
• Curiosity about AI products and willingness to investigate unexpected behaviors.
• Ability to follow defined evaluation guidelines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated videos across product features and model versions.
• Test new product features and online experiments before and after release.
• Verify that experiment configurations and product workflows behave as expected.
• Review user-generated videos to identify visual or functional quality issues.
• Document findings clearly and communicate issues with product and engineering teams.
• Help improve internal evaluation standards and testing workflows.
